Does Russia have free healthcare?

Russia provides free medical treatment to its citizens, albeit foreign employees must first do some due diligence before being considered worthy of the medical privilege. In Russia, passing medical examinations is not a condition for employment. In some limited instances, it is, nonetheless, a crucial requirement. Medical examinations would be required of anyone under the age of 18 and those working in dangerous or hazardous areas. In these circumstances, any employee who refuses or fails to submit to the medical examination would have his or her employment rights revoked. Furthermore, healthcare evaluations for certain tasks and skills should be conducted on a regular basis. Medical tests that aren’t explicitly indicated in federal legislation shouldn’t be utilized as a reason for hiring candidates who decline to engage in or complete them.
Employee medical records are extremely confidential and sensitive information that may only be used or destroyed with the explicit approval and cooperation of the employee in issue, as well as other restrictions.
