Wehireglobally LLC is a company incorporated under the laws of the State Delaware, identification number 7172814, location: the State of Delaware, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex (“We”, “Company”, “Wehireglobally”). Wehireglobally provides a range of HR and consulting services (the “Services”).


  • Personal data means any information in relation to you that alone or together with other information enables us to identify you as an individual.
  • Processing of personal data means any operation with your personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, destruction, etc.
  • Data subject means any identified or identifiable individual, whose personal data is processed by Wehireglobally as a controller. In other words, it is a user, visitor of this Website if we obtain any personal data from him / her.

Wehireglobally collects and processes different types of Personal Data for different purposes, which will be mentioned further in our Privacy Policy and which help us to provide and improve our Services and the functioning of our Website.

We collect personal data for the following purposes (“Purposes”):

A. “PROVISION OF SERVICES”, which means the following:

  • the execution of the Terms of Use that govern your use of our Website and / or Services;
  • carrying out our obligations and enforcing our rights that arise from the Terms of Use or any other agreements entered between you and Wehireglobally;

Types of personal data: yourfirst name, last name, job title, phone number, email, location, monthly gross salary, job title, start date, etc., any other personal data provide by an individual, or any other data that you provided to us in the “Request a Proposal Form”.

B. “USER ADMINISTRATION”, which means the following:

  • the execution of the Terms that govern your use of our Website;
  • prevention, detection, and addressing of technical issues;
  • improvements of the backend to the Website.

Types of personal data: the same Personal Data as for the Provision of Services.

C. “COMMUNICATIONS, SALES, AND MARKETING”,  which means the following:

  • communicating with you by email and other ways for various Services-related purposes (i.e. sending you a welcome letter, updates, proposals, suggestions, etc.);
  • sending you marketing, commercial, and promotional materials via email, any other online communication tools about our Services;
  • providing you with information, products, or information that you request from us;
  • gathering feedback from you to improve your experience with our Website and / or Services;

F. “REGULATORY COMPLIANCE”, which means the following:

  • activities and actions including without limitation record-keeping to enable data privacy compliance in compliance with any applicable data privacy laws, including without limitation the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), etc.;
  • tax compliance to enable tax compliance with the applicable tax laws; and
  • activities and actions to enable compliance with proper requests from regulatory agencies, courts, law enforcement, and other bodies and authorities (each and collectively the “Authorities” as applicable) where such is a legal requirement under the applicable jurisdiction.

The lawful basis for the processing of all personal data we collect in support of Communications, Sales, and Marketing is the explicit consent provided by you to us via the Website or email;

The lawful basis for the processing of all personal data in support of Analytics and Development is the explicit consent provided by you to us via the Website or via email.

The lawful basis for the processing of all personal data in support of Regulatory Compliance is our obligation to comply with the requirements / obligations of applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation the GDPR, the CCPA, applicable tax laws, etc.

The processing of all personal data we collect in support of every other Purpose is necessary for the support of the execution, performance, and enforcement of the Terms, our Services, or any other obligations that arise from the agreement concluded between you and Wehireglobally.


Your personal data will be stored by Wehireglobally no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is collected and processed.

Generally, your personal data is retained no longer than 12 (twelve) months after we obtain such Personal Data, except for the Provision of Services section.

The retention period for the processing of all personal data we collect in support of Provision of Services is as long as use our Services and / or for the whole duration of any agreement concluded between you and Wehireglobally plus 12 (twelve) months after you stop using our Services and / or termination of an agreement entered between you and Wehireglobally.

After the expiration of the retention period, Wehireglobally will terminate the processing of your personal data, unless Wehireglobally is obliged to retain personal data for a longer period of time to meet its obligation under any applicable law.  


To provide you our Services, Wehireglobally might involve and enter into contractual relationships with other subcontractors as well as cooperate with other service providers, companies, and organizations. For such reasons, some of your personal data may be shared with such third parties.

Please note that Wehireglobally has subcontractors in other countries, including such outside the European Economic Area, who may have access to your personal data.

When we share your personal data under such conditions, we take a range of technical and organizational measures to ensure that any personal data is protected when stored, used, and while being processed and transferred as well as, if required by applicable law, sign data processing agreements (including, when applicable the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission).

Please take into account that when you tick the respective box when providing us with your consent and personal data or when you enter with any agreements with Wehireglobally, you agree to such transfer and processing within the purposes determined by the Privacy Policy.

Wehireglobally uses third parties’ services for data storage and management of our relationships with Clients, users (e.g. Zendesk, Zoom, Teams, Skype, Bitrix, Mailchimp, eSputnik, GoToWebinar, Crisp, etc.).


Wehireglobally uses analytic services (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect details of the Website use, including, but not limited to traffic data, location data, length visit, other communication data, IP address, device information (such as hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers). In aggregated form, this information allows us to analyse the popularity and usability of the Website.

  • right of access –to receive access to your personal data, which is processed by us;

  • right to erasure – to request us to erase your personal data. Please note that some personal data cannot be erased due to the obligations placed on us by applicable law;

  • right to data portability – to have your data transferred from one controller to another one if technically feasible and per your request;
  • right to object to processing of your personal data – if it is for direct marketing purposes / for a task carried out in the public interest / to exercise of official authority vested in Wehireglobally / to protect Wehireglobally legitimate interests;

to prevent personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties. When we share your Personal Data with our Subcontractors, we use appropriate measures to guarantee security of Personal Data, including encryption.

If we share or transfer your personal data, we limit access to your personal data only for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Those having access to your personal data processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also implement sufficient procedures to prevent or stop any suspected data security breach as well as to deal with such suspected data security breach if it occurred. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.


Our Platform does not address anyone under the age of 18 (the “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please email us immediately at [email protected].

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take immediate steps to remove such personal data from all our servers.
