Wehireglobally provides a range of HR and consulting services (the “Services”).

The lawful basis for the processing of all personal data in support of Analytics and Development is the explicit consent provided by you to us via the Website or via email.

The lawful basis for the processing of all personal data in support of Regulatory Compliance is our obligation to comply with the requirements / obligations of applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation the GDPR, the CCPA, applicable tax laws, etc.

The processing of all personal data we collect in support of every other Purpose is necessary for the support of the execution, performance, and enforcement of the Terms, our Services, or any other obligations that arise from the agreement concluded between you and Wehireglobally.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored by Wehireglobally no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is collected and processed.

Generally, your personal data is retained no longer than 12 (twelve) months after we obtain such Personal Data, except for the Provision of Services section.

The retention period for the processing of all personal data we collect in support of Provision of Services is as long as use our Services and / or for the whole duration of any agreement concluded between you and Wehireglobally plus 12 (twelve) months after you stop using our Services and / or termination of an agreement entered between you and Wehireglobally.

After the expiration of the retention period, Wehireglobally will terminate the processing of your personal data, unless Wehireglobally is obliged to retain personal data for a longer period of time to meet its obligation under any applicable law.  

THIRD-PARTY ACCESS: HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA

To provide you our Services, Wehireglobally might involve and enter into contractual relationships with other subcontractors as well as cooperate with other service providers, companies, and organizations. For such reasons, some of your personal data may be shared with such third parties.

Please note that Wehireglobally has subcontractors in other countries, including such outside the European Economic Area, who may have access to your personal data.

Wehireglobally uses analytic services (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect details of the Website use, including, but not limited to traffic data, location data, length visit, other communication data, IP address, device information (such as hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers). In aggregated form, this information allows us to analyse the popularity and usability of the Website.

When we share your Personal Data with our Subcontractors, we use appropriate measures to guarantee security of Personal Data, including encryption.

If we share or transfer your personal data, we limit access to your personal data only for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Those having access to your personal data processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Our Platform does not address anyone under the age of 18 (the “Children”).
