What is the difference between a Global PEO and Staffing Agency?

A global PEO partner with an employer company to engage and retain a talented and skilled workforce and thus, they assist the employer in managing HR tasks like compliance, payroll, labor law and taxes risks mitigation, etc. Staffing agency on the other hand does not take on a co-employment role. They do not help in mitigating risks or take over any HR function outside hiring and recruitment.
